How close is from everything. The common areas are beautiful too. Food amazing and cheap.

The hot water is not working efficiently during some hours.

Pool, bar area, view of both the reservoir and the monolith, parking, cleanliness, and the staff gave us such quality attention I thought they owned the place. Could not ask for a better team, from reception to the cleaning and kitchen staff. The picture of the water was from my room's balcony. Great place to sit in the late afternoon.

Brighter lights (the room was romantically dark even with the curtains open (tinted windows***) and a place to put our clothes. We stayed for a week and had to live out of our suitcases on the floor. The room was large enough for a nice-sized dresser (could put the TV on top), which would have complemented the room nicely. Staff gave us a shelf to put some things on, which helped. Loved the room, but a queen-sized bed instead of a king would have been better (at least in our room). Getting in and out of bed from the sides was a tight fit. Also, didn't care for the jacuzzi. Very shallow, I am 187 tall and the water barely covered my waist. Wife liked the jacuzzi though, but she's only 154cm tall.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The pool area was great and the views were glorious. The friendly staff didn't speak English and our Spanish was pretty poor but real efforts were made and we managed to communicate really well. Thank you for that!

The only down side was that the weather wasn't quite good enough to enjoy the fabulous pool area.

The main things we didn’t enjoy were: - the WiFi was terrible and no service or WiFi in the rooms - they have terrible loud music on the pool all day that is really loud even inside the rooms - inside the rooms you can hear every detail of what is happening on the other rooms and on the bar. Very uncomfortable if you are trying to sleep early
