The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Provenza. The amenities are phenomenal and the staff is amazing.

Perfect for party a few blocks away from bars and other rooftops

Good location. Rooms are nice.
My check in was incredibly rude and condescending. I had an early flight and they told me my room wasn’t ready till 3. I came back at 2:30 just to see if it was ready early and was scolded for not coming at 3. Not a good impression to start my trip. The rest of the check in was rude as well, but the remainder of my stay was fine. Not five start service for check in, but the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind.
The concierge didn’t answer my text for two days and apologized for not having access to their WhatsApp. Not sure what that is but didn’t affect much.
Breakfast is very minimum.

The hotel is located directly next to the red light district and has a good roof top area
the concierge at check-in was completely overstrained (30min!), unprofessional and unfriendly. This woman as an individual and as the first representative of the hotel destroyed so much atmosphere that the overall impression of the hotel remains bad, even if the rest of the staff is friendly.
The infrastructure of the hotel is old and the beds are completely worn out. Renovation work was purely cosmetic. The appearance to the eye is fine however. Everything is nice to look at.
