About this apartment rental
Spacious 3.5 room apartment with view of the Chapel Bridge in the heart of the Old Town.
The charming and stylish "Jupiter 2" apartment offers a unique view of the Reuss and the world-famous Chapel Bridge. The apartment, which is situated in a beautiful historical building, offers sleeping places for five guests and is furnished with a kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. On its 72m2 it offers a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and various hygiene articles.
Wi-Fi internet, a TV, towels, bed linen and all ancillary costs are included in the price. For an additional fee you can also book extra cleaning and laundry service. On the 2nd floor there is a washroom where you can wash and dry your clothes for free.
Due to the central location of the apartment you can reach the train station in a very short time. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to Lucerne railway station. In addition, the Schwanenplatz bus stop is only a few minutes away from the apartment building. From here, buses run every minute in all directions. The Chapel Bridge, the Reuss and various shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and are only a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding area offers everything you could wish for a wonderful holiday in Lucerne.
Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:
- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.
- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.

The apartment was amazingly clean. Plenty of towels and coffee. Wifi worked well. All the basic appliances are there if you want to make something yourself. They provide fans which was great in August and the location COULD NOT BE BETTER. Right upstairs from a great restaurant and in the perfect place for the entire river/bridge view. Owners were super responsive and clear.

Great location...old building with crooked floors...old bathroom with dangerous shower...good beds...nice windows to rivers that opened safely at night for good air flow...furniture and kitchen pretty used...
