The location was amazing. The room was fantastic. We enjoyed the kitchen as Lucern dining is very expensive. The Coop Grocery store around the corner made making our own breakfasts very easy to save us some money on our travels. This place is also only a 10-15 walk from the train station. This place is a great location to walk around and see everything. Super safe neighborhood too.

We loved our stay at the Hitrental Chapel Bridge Apartments! You can't beat the location, and the views from our apartment were outstanding. We highly recommend staying there!

We stayed on the top floor overlooking Chapel Bridge. The cobble roads make it tricky with a suitcase as do the stairs. You have to come to the back of the building to get in. There is no reception. We took the 1 person elevator each day. They have a free washing machine and clothes dryer and we just had to provide our own detergent. Perfect addition. Also able to cook for ourselves which saved lits of money. Would definitely stay in this room again

The apartment was in a wonderful location and was well equipped. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was quite warm while we were there, so air conditioning would have been nice. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The property is in the old city area, buzzing with activity & very picturesque. did have a bit of searching the entry as google maps wasnt too accurate. close to the train station. Room was large,clean & comfortable - would recommend it !

It seems that a one point in this building's history, this was once the Schiff Hotel. In fact the lettering on the outside of the building still reflects that. This building is an old structure renovated to modern standards but has its quirks. There is an elevator but it apparently was retrofitted into a space that was not designed for it. So it is very small but nonetheless functional. About two people at a time can fit. We stayed on the 4th floor, which was great. It has a very large window facing the river and offered a fantastic view. Arriving to the Hotel was a bit of a challenge as it was hidden in a small alleyway. There is a small lighted sign that says HitRental, and in front, next to the door is a coded key box which you need to enter your pass code (given to you by email). Once doing so, a key will drop out and allow you access. If you have problems there is an intercom phone box for you to communicate with an agent. Once we got in it was comfortable, with all the things one expects from an AirB&B; with lots of household amenities. On check out there is a check list of things that must be done and a lost key will cost you. You must also take out your own trash too. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would do so again. It is about a ten minute leisurely walk from the main train station and Lake Luzern pier.

The location was fantastic and the apartment well appointed and spacious. Downsides were the tiny elevator to get to the top floors and it wasn’t very obvious how to speak to someone in person when we had questions about checkout.

Great rental unit, right in the absolute ideal location in Lucerne. Unit was airy, spacious, well laid out. We had the top floor/attic unit, loved all the beams and the large patio. Right in the middle of the city, but no noise issues. Everything with the check-in and communication was super clear and efficient. Will definitely come back.

My experience was good, the location is great and the view is very nice. The only not so good experience that I had was on my check out that the housekeeper was very rude when she asked me if I had taken out the trash. She said that the rule was clear behind the door and that there is a 150 fine if you don’t do it. The rule didn’t say that. It said not to leave trash on the floor or the apartment very dirt. They should be more clear about that,

Everything about this property was great. Location couldn’t have been better, close walk from the train station, all the best shops & restaurants nearby. The communication was on point and instructions were easy. Very friendly rental management team and the place was very spacious and had beautiful river and city views. Will stay again!!

We loved this location - right on the lake. Direct views of chapel bridge, convenient to walk to everything. We loved the historical charm of the apartment (we were on 4th floor Mars B I think), and the fact we had a small kitchen was a huge bonus. It was roomy and the beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay in Lucerne and I would stay there again.
