Emplacement excellent, terrasse, charme
Manque de confort: lit qui craque, sol en pente et inégal, poutres en bois qui perdent des échardes, table a manger pas utilisable L'hôte n'a pas répondu aux messages concernant l'heure de départ et n'a pas prévenu la femme de ménage de l'heure que nous souhaitions.Ne nous a pas prévenus que la ligne de vaporetto conseillée etait impraticable le jour du départ a cause de la Vogalonga. Bref un service minimum, indifférent

Loved the location and the quirky loft with terrace. Close to St Barnabas bars and restaurants. Fantastic
Would not suit older folk who don’t like stairs but fantastic for those looking for an alternative side of Venice
