The booking process was extensive with contracts and info to be given like I’ve never had before. Also pet fees were charged after paying for the booking which was non refundable and not disclosed prior

Location, proximity to beach and local shops
No door to shut off bathroom from bedroom, having to park in a community centre was a bit strange

The bed, bathroom, and spa were nice
A lack of basic amenities. No sugar, paper towels, fire lighters, firewood. Cobwebs everywhere outside. Outside seating around fire pit and grass not cleaned. No cushions for the lounge chairs. Needed more silverware, plates bowls and coffee mugs. Same with wine glasses. No plastic cups or glasses to take out to the spa. No welcome wine or chocolate, no breakfast foods.
