This cozy house offers two comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a good night's sleep for up to six guests. The spacious, fully fenced yard is perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities, providing ample space for both children and pets to roam freely.



Speaking of pets, we gladly welcome your furry friends to join you for your stay (with prior approval). Only a short stroll from the leash free beach, this is the ideal pet paradise.



'The Buoys' provides convenient parking options for both cars and boats, making it an ideal choice for water enthusiasts. With its prime location, delightful amenities, and pet-friendly atmosphere, our beachside retreat promises a memorable and enjoyable stay for all.



With a 2-minute walk to The Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron and 10-minute walk to the local village, you'll have easy access to charming cafes and restaurants.

We have also provided a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, coffee, tea and sugar for your convenience. However, if your stay is longer you may need to bring or purchase more of these items.

Nice homely and private property with great storage for boat/caravan. Great location with easy walk to Blairgowrie Cafe, beach and yacht club. Late check in and early check out (relative to other properties) was disappointing but overall, the property was perfect for our family and small dog. Highly recommend.

Nice quaint little Blairgowrie beach-side cottage in a great location. Bedding mattresses for us where poor (too hard). Did not get a good night's sleep for parents or kids. Otherwise everything else was fine.
