Nice clean rooms, clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, airconditioning, fridge, tea coffee and kettle, luggage space, plugs near beds
Ensuite bathroom with shower and toiletries.
Outer veranda with rest chairs, garden, shade and flowers, tranquil setting
Family running the place was very courteous and cooperative and always available.
Nothing to dislike, just a suggestion, if one or two small movable chairs be placed in each room.

Very nice, new and clean room, with a nice balkony in front. Very well equiped with fridge and coffee/tea Station. Comfy bed. Lovely owner and supercute cats. Plus a delicious breakfast. Would definately recommend to stay here.

Beautiful, quiet property. The rooms were large and clean! Big and tasty breakfast! Nayana and Sunil were so welcoming! Book with Sunil for a tour around the lion rock or if you need a guide to climb it! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location with lovely gardens and jungle surrounds while still being right next to amazing restaurants and a walking distance to Sigiriya rock. Very friendly family who offer an affordable laundry service and tuktuk rides for reasonable prices. Big breakfast and good coffee
The sweeping very early (6am) was a bit difficult to sleep through as the broom makes quite a lot of noise as it hits the metal railing but I do appreciate that you're trying to keep things dry
