Superb

This is a superbly located apartment with fantastic views over the Golfo dei Poeti. Our hostess welcomed us with a chocolate Easter bunny for our son; and she was quick to respond to a late evening request with the hot water heating mechanism. The apartment itself is spacious, with comfortable beds in large bedrooms and two clean and accessible bathrooms.

The wifi worked well for laptops and devices, but the television struggled, so we did not use it. The apartment lacks a serviceable frying/omelette pan. .

We loved the view from the balcony! Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is a little tight but we didn’t plan on cooking, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Loved that there were 2 full baths. Appreciated the parking too! Mum was great and owner was very responsive. Loved Portovenere!

We loved everything except access to Cinque Terre wasn’t as easy as I thought. The water taxi was 100 euro for the four of us (one round trip) but only went to Monterosso because the water was too choppy. We had take the train back to Vernazza to hike and shop and be back in Monterosso before the last ferry at 1700. We could have driven or hopped on the bus back into La Spezia and taken the train but decided the we didn’t want to spend that much time on public transportation.

Muffige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Toller Blick auf die Bucht, und das war’s auch mit dem Positiven.

Düstere Räume mit schlechter Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Klamme, feuchte Schlafräume in einem wahrscheinlich ehemaligen Lagerkeller. Die Wohnung war echt enttäuschend, und ihr Geld nicht wert.
