Отличное место! Недалеко от старого города, станция тоже рядом. Удобный матрас, есть все необходимое.

Дійсно сподобалось це помешкання. Звісно, ціна не маленька, але в цілому вона відповідає якості квартири. Це світлі, стильні, просторі апартаменти з панорамними вікнами. Є все необхідне для проживання. Багато місця для зберігання речей. Достатня кількість рушників, а додаткові можна було знайти в шафі. Гаряча вода була весь час і стабільно. Свіжа, чиста, білосніжна постільна білизна - кайф. І ліжко дуже зручне, і подушки. Дійсно після туристичного дня було класно і приємно відпочивати на цьому спальному місці. Весь посуд та техніка, що може бути необхідний, також є в цих апартаментах. Приємно було, що залишили 4 капсули для заварювання кави. Також особливо сподобалось розташування, воно дійсно зручне і в комфортному районі, + поруч є зупинка громадського транспорту. В цілому, залишились позитивні враження від перебування, то ж можу рекомендувати ці апартаменти.

Трошки розчарувала чистота в номері, було прибрано не дуже добре. Дзеркало брудне, пил на поверхнях та лампах, трохи бруду на підлозі. Також був лише один смітниковий пакет для ванної, цього було замало. Не було одноразових тапок, це трохи незручно. Ну і замало гелю\шампуню залишили. Телевізор не працював.

The apartment was nice - spacious, clean, and with basic cooking utensils. It's also great that in the apartment there was a dishwasher, toaster, and fridge. And it would be great if the apartment had some tea/coffee/water, as these are usually offered in facilities of this type. The Wi-Fi worked perfect, there were no interruptions or any problems with the connection. The location is quite comfortable as well. It takes a 10-minute walk to get to the Old Town, and just about 15 mins to get to the shopping mall. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, small supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. It's quite convenient for a long stay.

Living there wasn't quite comfy though. There were some construction works in the neighbouring building, starting at around 8AM every business day. It was also quite hot to sleep, even with my windows open and a fan working all night. Collecting my key was unfortunately not a pleasant experience. The key collection site is in a 20-min walk from the apartment. And if you're tired after the flight - you'd better take a taxi. Also mind that if you aren't able to collect your key by 5PM, you'd be asked to come the next day to the key collection site to pay a safety deposit.. That's quite inconvenient. Safety deposit is yet another unpleasant surprise. When I paid it on the day of arrival, I was told it'd be returned in 4 days. When I checked out 6 days later, I was still told it would be returned in the same 4 days.. And when I still didn't get my funds back 4 days past, I contacted the customer support and they promised me a 10-day return.. The deposit was actually returned, but way later than expected. And the communication along the way could be more friendly and professional. Speaking of communication, I think it's a major problem of this facility. Before and after my stay I received not-quite-timely replies to my questions - and these in various languages: from English to Polish to German - considering the fact that I always wrote in English. One of the latest replies I received was with LOOOTS of exclamation points and in Polish. I do not understand how you can host people with such attitude towards them, and such poor customer service. I truly recommend you to work on it. I wouldn't want to stay in your apartment again.
