Eleftheria was an excellent super host. The best we encountered. Very helpful, friendly, responsive, attentive and the list goes on. She met us at a Resturant, helped with our luggage to the accommodation and to the bus station upon our departure. She even paid for our bus ticket as we had no coins. She was nothing less than amazing. Our room exceeded our expectations. The decor matched the description of that of a palace. We were impressed. The room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Peaceful area and friendly Resturant workers. Fruit and most importantly a bottle of wine awaited us upon our arrival. Crete is a beautiful city which we had not planned to visit and we had no regrets. I give Eleftheria, the accommodation and Crete a 11 out of 10. I highly recommend this accommodation. I will certainly book again.

Nous avons été reçu merveilleusement bien. Je tiens à remercier Eleftheria Kousataloglou qui a été si gentille dès notre arrivée, a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et s’est mis à notre disposition pour qu’on puisse la joindre par téléphone ou lui demander quoique ce soit, à n’importe quelle heure. Notre chambre était super, très propre et surtout très bien placée, juste à côté du jacuzzi. L’hôtel est super bien placé en étant en plein centre du quartier ancien de chania, idéal pour se balader. De plus, le room service mis en place en fonction de l’horaire qui convient au client, nous avons pu choisir notre horaire pour l’organisation de chacune de nos journée. Je remercie encore une fois notre hôtesse et je recommande cet endroit magnifique à ceux qui viennent en vacances en Crète.

Venetian Palace really made our trip very memorable. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was really quiet and extra comfortable and big. The location is amazing right in the heart of old town, but away from the noise of old town. Spiros and his wife are so nice. I really enjoyed getting to talk to them. We really hope to see them again.
