A perfect stay in a beautiful house with lovely hosts

The Peach house is the most lovely holiday vacation home I have ever stayed in. Every detail was so clearly thought out from maximizing the layout of the house to the super comfortable beds. The showers were fantastic, the decor was highly tasteful and elegant without feeling precious, and the whole house was 100% sparkling clean. We wished we could stay forever in the Peach House! Rula and Joanna are amazing hosts. They made perfect dining suggestions and swiftly helped us acquire a rental car to go to Elafonissi Beach. Which is worth the drive, even in winter! We loved being in the center of the historic part of Chania and being able to walk everywhere. It was absolutely silent at night and we slept incredibly well. Everything about The Peach House was perfect!!!

Fabulous accommodation in a great location

We loved everything about The Peach House. It was spotlessly clean, modern, tastefully decorated and exactly like the photos. Everything is of the best quality. The beds were comfortable with lovely bedding. The location is excellent, a couple of minutes from the harbour and the shops/restaurants etc but in a peaceful, traffic-free lane. We slept so well as it was completely silent at night. The black-out blinds kept out the sun in the morning and the air-con was very efficient. There was an excellent bottle of wine, coffee, cold water and biscuits left for us, along with toiletries in the bathroom. Joanna and Greg were great hosts, happy to answer questions before booking and helping us print bus tickets before we left. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Chania.

Wonderful stay at The Peach House

We had a wonderful stay in Chania at the The Peach House. The location was perfect in the old town. The beautiful harbor is only a few minutes' walk away. There were great restaurants all around. Our rooms were great. Excellent air conditioning and the equipment was also modern. We felt very comfortable. The landlord Vasilis was very helpful and gave a lot of great tips. We'd love to come back.

5 star location, even better host, modern renovations

Location is ideal and directly in the center of several popular streets with infinite restaurant options. Vasilis is the definition of a perfect host. He had several useful references for planning our day to day activities, took time out of his day to personally show us how to navigate to the popular areas in 5-10min, and provided immediate assistance as needed.

Parking can be difficult during peak tourist season so I would recommend walking or taxies. Reserved 16euro/day parking 40m from the house if available.

Amazing stay in Old Town Chania - hope to return one day

Amazing to have a self contained house within a short walk to all that Old Town offers. Loved the fact we were living side by side with locals - felt like we were living an authentic Greek lifestyle . Three bathrooms, two separate bedrooms and washing and kitchen facilities made this ideal for our family group. Vasilis a very welcoming host - really appreciated his ‘walk around the neighborhood’ on our arrival to ensure we knew where everything we needed was.

The fantastic old town street where the house is located. It gives you the unique chance to immerse in the magic of the old town of Chania. The comfortable rooms and beds. Each room had everything you needed to have a great stay. The smell of flowers in front of the house and the cats around made the experience really authentic.

Live like a local in old town Chania

Location was perfect. Quiet but a few steps from the most popular attractions. House was very comfortable and Vassilis was thorough in explaining every detail of the house as well as showing me how to get around the old town so I felt like I was at home in Chania. Loved opening the windows to church bells and birds chirping in the morning. This home will truly give you an authentic experience in Crete.

the best thing about The Peach House is definitely the location, it is part of the hustle and bustle but incredibly quiet. it is also furnished to a very high standard, it was very clean and had absolutely everything you could want. the host, Vasilis, was amazing as well, he was always on hand to answer any questions that you had and really just wanted to make sure that we had a good stay, we would definitely stay at Peach House again in the future

An excellent property and extremely friendly host

The host Vasillis was extremely friendly and welcoming, going out of his way to help us, including walking us to nearby areas and helping us to hire a car. The flat itself is modern with 2 large bedrooms with ensuites and a further bathroom downstairs. The kitchen and lounge area is quite small but overall we had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peach House and would strongly recommend it to others. The property is in the heart of Chania within walking distance to the old town, harbour and bus station. There is a street full of restaurants about 3-4 minute walk away.

House in a good location for quick access to everything in Chania.

This house has everything one would need for a extended period of stay. The host was very gracious and super-responsive whenever we had a problem, question, or need. The bedrooms were suitable to max 2 persons each with the added benefit of being on separate floors, with en-suite bathrooms, and the rooms were also lockable. Cleaning was done twice a week. The distance to the nearest restaurant is 30 steps.

There was a distinct odor from the kitchen cupboards, probably due to some moisture in the wall, However, the host was very adamant about trying to fix this issue, and it got better during the course of our stay. It must be noted that this issue was a minor inconvenience, and did not hinder us in using the kitchen!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mitten in der Altstadt mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants, aber dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, Zur Begrüßung gabs eine Flasche Wein, kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank und Kaffee.

Wunderbare Unterkunft und exzellenter Service.

Perfekte Unterkunft, vorbildliche Kommunikation und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Lage ist nicht zu toppen, ruhige, verkehrsfreie Gegend. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt, überall keine Pflanzen auf den Gassen und kleine Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren im Jänner dort, da ist es eher kalt, aber in der wärmeren Jahreszeit ist das ein Extra Plus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, alles ist neu und modern, die Betten sind sehr gut. Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, im Sommer sicher auch als Klimaanlage. Ach ja, es war auch noch Wasser im Kühlschrank, Kaffee (Kapseln und Pulver) und sogar eine Flasche ausgezeichneter Wein in der Unterkunft. Also: Alles perfekt, glatte 10 Punkte von 10.

Ich wüsste nicht, was man da noch verbessern könnte.
