Good value, kind staff and beautiful facilities

Beautifully green, I loved the hotel area, swimming pool, shala, books, restaurant, and all the facilities. Very large and comfortable room. Nice big cupboard for clothes and neat open air bathroom. 10min walk to main strip.

A bit dark in the room, no opening windows, no day curtains so people can see you in the room from outside. WiFi wasn’t working properly when we were there.

Good bang for the buck. Get the nature feel with roosters and all kinds of sounds.

Cute cottage. 5 minute walk to stores and food options. Lots of nature around like bunnies and a cat. Staff were friendly.

Rooms were dark. Several little things needed repairs or upgrades like bedside lamps, doors not sliding easily or fully open.

Beautiful accommodation, lovely staff

Beautiful little lodges set in a stunning garden with rabbits roaming around. Around a 7-10min walk to the beach. Lovely kind staff. Unfortunately my brother was poorly when we were there but the staff were great, calling out a doctor. we had such a lovely time and would love to go back. Thanks for having us x

Lovely cottage

The host is very friendly and responsive. We loved the cottage. It's clean, spacious for us as a family, there's a seating area on the balcony, a small kitchen and the mattresses are super comfortable. We also loved the cottage overall. WiFi is strong and the location is perfect. A 3 minute walk to the beach with loads of restaurants, but in a quiet location. We were allowed to stay in our cottage till 20:00 because of a late flight. This was wonderful and it made our final day very comfortable. We will definitely return in the future.

The garden/area needs maintenance and doesn't have a warm garden vibe. It wasn't inviting, although the pool looks clean.

Kelapa Cottage was a great place for resting and to discover Amed Beach and the area.

The restaurant offered excellent food - breakfast, lunch, and supper. The grounds are beautiful. The swim pool is great. We could walk to the beach or take a scooter. Mario is a great host. The staff are hardworking and offer excellent service. We could relax and also adventure at Amed Beach and the general area. It's a very safe location. It's easy to organize local tourist activities. The value for money is good. We did a lot of activities and it was not too expensive.

The noise of the dogs and roosters were quite loud but we got used to it.

Everything was perfect! The room size was ideal, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and the pool was absolutely lovely. The owner's friendliness truly made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

To put it shortly: basically everything!

The owner, cats, rabbits, accommodation, food (they even had delicious pizza!), spa treatments and last but not least the lovely staff. Even though the weather didn’t welcome us with its most beautiful face, we still had a great time in Kelapa cottage.

The waiters and waitresses could be a bit more attentive but that may be more due to culture. Sometimes we wished for more cooked vegetables, so that could be an option to extend the menu but overall the food was really good!

The cottages are beautiful, surrounded by greenery and are so peaceful. You’ll find animals in the gardens and statues hidden in the garden. The property has an on site spa and the staff are so helpful! Walkable to the beach and to local dive sites

Great stay with the charm of Amed

The place has a special charm that unfolds the longer you stay. I liked that it is tucked away, off the main road/town area, so it had a quiet and rural feel. The gardens are beautiful and the staff are all very friendly. We liked the family units - we thought they would be small for a few people to share but they were plenty big enough. The patios and areas to relax are really nice. The owner gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and we were able to rent a scooter directly from the accommodation. There was a yoga teaching clinic happening at the accommodation while we were staying and they were kind enough to invite us to join one of their morning sessions.

I am being very picky but funnily enough I was a little cold at night, as there was only a sheet on the bed, but I didn't ask for a blanket/duvet and I am sure they would have accommodated me if I'd asked. The pool tiles also looked like they needed a bit of maintenance but it was okay. I used the spa and spent the duration swatting mosquitos as it is outdoors - so that wasn't ideal. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here and these are just minor things.

Best place in Bali - an oasis of calm and positive vibes

I loved everything about Kelapa Cottages! I arrived for three nights - that was a week ago and I am still here. :) This place is a true oasis and paradise. The hotel is small enough to feel familiar with individual cottages and a fantastic garden, pool, spa and restaurant. what makes it truly special are the people working here: they are so kind and friendly. Communication with the owner and the spa manager are also super easy and uncomplicated (through WhatsApp). I might keep extending and will definitely come back. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Great chill getaway from the busy south part of Bali

Love the small village feel of the place. Great place to stay in Amed and either explore or snorkel/scuba dive. Staff were also very accommodating of my late minute changes.

Really beautiful and quite place to relax and enjoy the nature. Perfect for holiday and also for working. The cottages and the garden are amazing, unique in the area. The host was really nice and kind, paying attention to all our needs. Also, you should definitely try the massage. Perfect place for snorkeling. If you go to Jemeluk beach the coral is reachable directly from the beach (beach with stones). We spend the days at Teman Teman cafe where beside the very good food and the kind owners we also arranged for a snorkeling trip with the boat. Very cheap and very nice.

Exceptional

I was very surprised about cleaniless and maintenance, specially now at COVID situation, (many hotels fails on this point). The staff was very friendly and flexible, he wait us late at night for our check in. For a family is easy to handle a double floor Bungalow as we booked, so we didn't have to split in 2 rooms. We are all together but with different own spaces. And for my extra bonus surprise, no mosquitos! Finaly for kids they are 2 cuties and friendly rabbits I strongly recommend, I will back definetly.

Only thing I dont like, but is personal taste, are lights inside rooms (they ré white, not warm colour yellow)

We stayed one night at Kelapa. It's a wonderful place with full équiped lovely cottages. Angélique, the manager, helped us for everything we needed. She's really lovely with all clients. We loved the garden with the rabbits.
