The property is gorgeous!! The grounds are simply stunning and they have thought of every detail. The staff was very hospitable and we felt very well cared for at all times.
We weren’t overly crazy about the idea of our recently turned 16 yr old being in her own Trulli unit on the other side of the property from us. I was not aware of this when I booked. 😳 She is on the autistic spectrum and has never stayed away from us. On top of that, we didn’t bring her phone so she could contact for an emergency or if she had any panic/anxiety issues with it and to make the matter worse the Trulli’s phones were not working in both our unit and hers. Finally, we spent half of our one day we reserved for
relaxing at pool waiting in both rooms for the phone issue to be resolved with the maintenance technician. It was a bit of a nuisance but the property was so amazing and everyone was so wonderful we were
happy to look past it all.
