Traditional stone building recently renovated, CASALE TERRANOVA is a property that contains a mix of original and contemporary features, therefore a perfect combination of modernity and ancient charm. The landscape is typical of the Pugliese Murgia and has a dominant position that allows you to see the most significant features of our countryside among valleys with fruit trees and centuries-old olive trees. The villa consists of a double bedroom with bathroom and ensuite shower, a single bedroom with French bed; another bathroom with shower, double bedroom with barrel vaults, spacious with four-poster bed. A large kitchenette overlooks a cherry valley, and a small balcony with a small table to relax with a drink or a coffee while enjoying a unique view. Living room with special wooden table and chairs and double sofa bed. Outside, in the shade of a pergola wooden table with chairs, relaxation area with sofas and outdoor kitchen with barbecue. A staircase leads to the pool area (about 10x4 m and about 1.50 m deep) which, due to the peculiarity of the terracing of the land, is located at a higher level than the house. For this reason, from the pool and solarium area it is possible to see beautiful sunsets. The villa is 10 minutes from Alberobello, 10 minutes from Monopoli and 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. Golf 20 min away.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .

Quest’anno i nostri 3 bambini ci hanno chiesto di cambiare spiaggia... un mare più bello, un tocco di natura, poca confusione, un luogo con nuovi posti da visitare, tra storia e cultura.
Casualmente, Alessandro (il proprietario) mi parla del suo Trullo, in Puglia, nei pressi di Alberobello. Mi illumino, era da tempo che desideravo andare i Puglia.
Entriamo nel sito, guardiamo le foto, la descrizione del Trullo, i servizi a disposizione: rimaniamo entusiasmati e ce ne innamoriamo. Mi dà i riferimenti dell’agenzia Trulli & Dimore Holiday Rentals (www.trilliedimore.com), Claudia, Emanuela e Anna (la titolare) sono gentilissime e ci accordiamo subito. Qualche giorno prima di partire Claudia ed Emanuela ci contattano per concordare l'arrivo: sono venute ad accoglierci arrivati a Monopoli e ci hanno accompagnati al Casale Terranova, il nome del magnifico Trullo. L’arrivo: difficile descrivere a parole. Il Casale è immerso nel verde, circondato da ulivi e alberi da frutto (il buon Alessandro ci ha ‘invitato’ a banchettare con fichi, albicocche, ciliegie); è la prima volta che vediamo un Trullo: la costruzione sembra nuova; due gradini e un divano con la canna di bambù che ti ripara dal sole, due sdraie ideali per il dopo pranzo o prima di cena per un aperitivo, scendi due gradini e una veranda meravigliosa, con la possibilità di consumare all’aperto colazione, pranzo e cena, riparati dal sole. Vicino a quest’angolo stupendo, un terrazzo con la piscina, lettini e sdraie, un tavolino per l’aperitivo a bordo vasca…romantico. Il tutto circondando da fiori e ulivi: incantevole. Ci riprendiamo dalle piacevoli sorprese, visitiamo l’interno del Trullo: tutto in pietra, arredato con buon gusto, confortevole, spaziosa: 3 camere da petto, due bagni con doccia, soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo, cucina separata munita di lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, c’è la lavatrice. Un camino all’esterno dove si possono cuocere ottime grigliate. Il Trullo è da urlo! E poi Alberobello (la città dei Trulli…fantastica, da vedere!), le grotte di Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare (incantevole il terrazzo sul mare), Ostuni, la città bianca. E poi il mare pulito, i suoi colori, le spiagge, calle, scogli. Una vacanza nel mare blu della Puglia, un posto immerso nel verde e circondato dalla tranquillità più assoluta, unire relax e viaggio culturale, e coniugare il tutto a esigenze famigliari con figli anche piccoli….beh, il Trullo del Casale Terranova è il posto ideale! Buona Vacanza!!

Maison très tranquille, parfaite pour un séjour en été, la grande terrasse extérieure, la piscine, permettent de profiter des chaudes journées estivales à tpute heure. La maison construite sur un modèle de trulli est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Convient parfaitement à une famille avec enfants. Propriétaires charmants.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage zwischen Olivenfeldern mit Pool, Liegen und Terrasse. Sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, liebevoll dekoriert und atemberaubend. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer, Griller, Waschmaschine, ... alles vorhanden. Nur 10 Minuten von Alberobello entfernt. Mietauto ist zu empfehlen. Selbstversorgung.
