La gentillesse du personnel, les petites attentions. Le cadre de la masseria, le calme, le confort du lit. Le petit déjeuner savoureux.

De locatie, vanuit hier zijn de hoogtepunten te bereiken zoals Monopoli, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Bari, polignano etc etc. Daarnaast heerlijk terugkomen met een duik in het zwembad. Maar bovenal Julia (de kokkin), Emilio (de diskjockey) en Roberto (de entertainer) maakten van het verblijf een feestje. Heerlijk ontbijt maar ook twee keer heerlijk in de avond gegeten. Niks was teveel! En een workshop Orecchiette maken,
