This is a beautiful villa, and we have now stayed here twice. The location is perfect. It has parking and it is walkable to the old town with numerous bars and restaurants and to the beaches in town. It is also walkable to a grocery store. The villa itself is lovely, and the outdoor space is simply beautiful. It is a homerun so to speak:) We rented both the main villa and the smaller one bedroom apartment, so the outdoor space was dedicated to us. In the past, we rented only the smaller one bedroom apartment, and we shared the outdoor pool and space with the family renting the larger villa. The property owner, Miss Franca, is lovely, kind and very accommodating. We love Monopoli and the central location on the Puglian Coast. We look forward to our next visit to Monopoli and will stay at this same villa.
Some basic necessities like paper towels and detergent would be most appreciated.

we loved the pool, the security, and privacy!
it was a little odd to offer amenities that needed you to buy things for it. we needed to buy dish soap for the dish washer, soap for the clothes washer, paper towels, napkins, and espresso pods for the maker. the pods they provided are not for the machine they have.

Franca was the perfect host! Dealt with any problem quickly and graciously. We stayed in the one bedroom place. Photos are accurate just be aware they are alongside pictures of the 2 bed rental too. Location was perfect...easy walking into town, to the beach or supermarket. The outdoor space was fantastic with a lovely pool.
