First Holiday in Zadar - young couple

After a few days, we kind of got used to it, but honestly — if you have the option, we’d recommend choosing another place.

Unfortunately, the apartment was disappointing. The furniture was old and worn, and the balcony door was very difficult to open — we were afraid it might fall apart. We found hair on the carpet and the sofa, which did not feel clean at all. The door lock kept jamming, and we sometimes had trouble getting in. There were ants in the apartment — we were given an insect spray, but it didn’t help much as the ants kept coming back. Overall, the apartment felt outdated and poorly maintained. For the price we paid, we definitely expected a higher standard. On top of that, the host was slow to respond, which was frustrating when we needed help with the issues we encountered.

tranquil place on a city edge

The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures, it has two balconies with a seaview. It is very tranquil, at night you can hear donkey owls and wild boars from nerby bush and fields. The building is pretty much new and well maintained, close to the village beach, restaurant and some bar.

The bed was really not comfy and the kitchen could be better equipped. For example there was no knife for cutting bread. All in all is great, but it would be even more convenient, if the road to the house would be asphalted.

Eldugott részen volt, nyugodt, csendes környezet, könnyen megközelíthető volt a tenger. A kilátás szuper volt a tengerre.

Zaboravljivo

Zadar baš volim. Smještaj nam je bio u Diklu, cca 9 km od središta Zadra (cestom). Diklo je predivno malo mjesto, dušu dalo za odmor. Jedino je problem, za vrijeme mog boravka, što je bilo raskopano uzduž i poprijeko. Dok sam došao do app, auto mi je bilo kao da sam vozio reli Pariz-Dakar i jedva sam našao app (zbog radova). Napominjem da voda iz slavine "smrdi" i da obvezno kupite flaširanu vodu za piće, jer je nas i sad (nekoliko dana poslije boravka u Diklu) boli stomak, pošto smo pili vodu iz slavine. Kava u kafiću Castle (20 m od plaže) je super, tu možete iznajmiti i "bajk" (7 EUR/sat, nije jeftino, al bar su bicikla ispravna). Sami app je prostran, ima dobar pritisak vode, vezano za tuširanje, ima ogledalo u hodniku, dobar (tvrd) bračni krevet, 2 balkona..

Nije mi se svidjelo, što kao i u većini apartmana u Hrvatskoj, jedno piše u ponudi, a drugo je kad dođete u app. Redom..TV ne radi (nije uopće prikopčan ni na kakvu antenu bilo kabelsku ili satellitsku), nema ni daljinskog. Vjerojatno je to skupa stavka za vlasnika :), priključiti se na kabelsku ili satelitsku sve apartmane. Slabo osvjetljenje apartmana, čak neke žarulje i ne rade u app. Kombi vrata balkona gdje je bračni krevet loše se zatvaraju, pa se čuvajte komaraca. Osobno smo dobili samo jednu tabletu za aparat za komarce, iako smo bili 2 noćenja. U ormariću u sobi, nema niti jedne vješalice, za objesiti odjeću, pa ponesite svoje. U kupatilu nema niti jedne police za staviti kupku i sl., ali ima mrava na prozoru, velikih crnih. Šifru za wifi sam trebao pitati, iako bi bilo normalno da je ona ostavljena na stolu ili nalijepljena na zidu, recimo na A4 papiru. Kauč u dnevnom boravku je neudoban (na preklop), i nije baš za spavanje. U ponudi na bookingu je pisalo da su dva noćenja 90 EUR (što bi rekla vlasnica "džaba boravak"), a pristojba boravišna 6 EUR, tj. 96 EUR, zar nisam trebao dobiti onda fiskalni račun na tu cifru od 96 EUR. I na koncu, ukazao sam "gazdarici" već prvi dan na ove nedostatke, od lošeg puta do nedostataka apartmana, što mi nije napomenula prije dolaska, tražeći da platim samo 50 EUR za moj boravak. Ona mi je odgovorila "Platite za prvi dan i ako vam se ne sviđa, izađite." Ja sam rekao da ostajem i da ću platiti tih 96 EUR, jer mi se ne da tražiti sad jedno noćenje u Zadru i okolici. Ali, napisao sam ovaj komentar, da vi, koji dolazite iza mene, znate što vas čeka..Pozdrav vlasnicima apartmana na Bookingu, koji ih iznajmljuju u Hrvatskoj (osim Istre) s porukom "Refrešajte vaše apartmane, a ne jednom ih napravili i sad bar 10 godina bez ulaganja. TV, WIFI, normalno kupatilo, kreveti, aparati za komarce..to su stvari ko "dobar dan", nije to BONUS..

Dwa pozytywy: widok z balkonu, cicha okolica

Brzydki zapach w całym apartamencie. Właściciel próbował go ukryć kilkoma dyfuzorami zapachu. Nieprzyjemny zapach po włączeniu klimatyzacji. Jako bonus - specyficzny smród po otwarciu szafki pod zlewem. Mrówki. Zacieki i grzyb na ścianach. Grzyb w kabinie prysznicowej (patrz zdjęcie). W opisie było napisane, że czekać będzie właściciel. Tymczasem w obiekcie nikogo nie było - trzeba było wykonać telefon. Brak moskitier w oknach. Wieszaki w szafie są, ale można na nich powiesić skarpetki ewentualnie majtki (patrz zdjęcie). Uwaga! W apartamencie nr 6 nie można mieć czajnika, bo wybijają bezpieczniki :-D

La disponibilità di Camilla è stata fantastica. Una nostra amica si è fatta male ed è stata super di aiuto sia nei primi momenti che con la flessibilità del check-out. Gli appartamenti sono accoglienti e come qualità prezzo è veramente tanta roba. La posizione è ottima, a 2 passi dal mare e a 10 Min di macchina dal centro di Zara
