Cape Town done the right way.

Excellent staff @Keanon and @ Uthe, made the stay an absolute pleasure. All meals are delicious, excellent chef. The 24 hour butler service was unique and kept all guests excited to return.

21 Nettleton is a home from home. We arrived to a warm greeting from the Nettleton team, nothing was too much trouble and their aim was to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The location of the hotel is stunning with amazing views of the South Atlantic Ocean, Tabletop Mountain and the 12 Apostles. The hotel is ideally located from the V&A area but is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the area to make you feel completely relaxed and at ease. The property is immaculately maintained and beautifully appointed. We loved every part of the hotel. The food prepared for breakfast , lunch and dinner was fabulous and to a high end standard. We could not recommend this property more and will be looking to return in the very near future. A special mention to the Nettleton team who made our stay so incredible: Hotel Manager – Nathan Reservations – Slindo Head Butler - Keanon Butler team- Uthmaan, Godwin, Dumisani, Energy and Teekay Chefs – Shane & Ronald Kitchen Team- Alpha and Tina Housekeepers – Ishmael, Getrude, Hamelton, Alice Laundry – Gladness and Nestas Groundsmen – Andrea, Khamees and Alex

A luxurious and bespoke experience. Lovely accommodating and friendly staff. Incredible chef who accommodated every meal to our preferences and allergies. Fabulous and attentive concierge service. Best location in Cape Town. Exceptional bar and canapé offerings. The most exquisite views.

Absolutely everything. From the location and great sea and mountain views. Excellent butler services and private chef. The rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished. We really loved the high ceilings and beautiful art and all the furniture pieces from all over the world around the House. Breakfast was amazing too.

Location was superb and the breakfast was good. The vistas were awesome and the staff friendly.

Request for bed was ignored (in fact the bed was even shorter than normal). No warm water in shower at 09:30 in the morning.

كل شيء في المكان كان مثيرا للإعجاب، والدهشة، هناك اهتمام بأدق التفاصيل في كل شيء، جميع من في الفندق لديهم هدف واحد فقط، وهو أن يكون النزيل مرتاحا طوال الوقت، كان الموظفون حريصون على راحتي قبل أن أصل لكيب تاون، تابعوا وصولي إلى المطار، ثم أرسلوا سائقا لتوصيلي إلى الفندق، مدير الفندق جيفين، وكذلك الموظف عثمان، والموظف جود وين، وكذلك السائقين، كلهم عاملوني بلطف منقطع النظير، أنا لن أتردد في اختيار هذا المكان مرة أخرى، ولن أتردد في التوصية به للجميع.

لم يعجبني شيء واحد فقط، وهو أن هذا الفندق سيجعل الفنادق الأخرى لا تدهشك، لأنه حقق أعلى مراتب الدهشة والجمال.

Mooi zicht maar te duur.

View was super, inrichting apart maar best OK. Ontbijt was lekker.

Voor ons lag het te ver van restaurants en bars. Altijd taxi nodig. Zo hoog gelegen, moeilijk om te joggen. Door de weinige kamers niet echt standaard service bij hotel. Gebouw is wat ouder en brengt wat geurtjes met zich mee. Wij waren in hoogseizoen denk ik enige gasten, dan zitten ze echt op jou om allerlei extra's te kunnen aanbieden en servicen. Dit is geen 5-sterren en prijskwaliteit verhouding niet OK. We konden niet annuleren en ontbijt was niet inbegrepen;
