Staff and location.
No lift, a lot of stairs. Very hard for an older person

The hosts were delightful and helpful. The breakfast was terrific. Our daughter stopped by one day and they invited her to join us for breakfast. This was very lovely and generous. The location is amazing, just around the corner from the Spanish steps, subway, many restaurants and shops.
No elevator (which is typical in the old buildings) made it difficult for us as we are older and had heavy bags. The large spa tub was also the shower and a bit hard for us to access. Again, consider we are in our late 70s. Weather was very hot though our room was air conditioned. Very large crowds. I will definitely come in the off season next time.
