Location was great. At the top of the Spanish Steps.
Read carefully all the hotel information before you book! Tips: Complete online check-in before arriving, or you will not have access to enter. They do not use whatsapp. There are 2 levels of spiraling marble staircase to carry luggage up and down. The breakfast is good but the eating area is beyond tiny. You can't eat on the balcony/terrace, so the pics they advertise with are misleading. The balcony/terrace is also roped off for each room to have its individual space so you can't freely enjoy. No shampoo provided. Slippers that are provided are paper. No shelving or hanging places for clothes or personal items. The closet is extremely small. You can hear everything as walls are thin. The bed is squeaky, and the bedspread resembles motel quality. Spa is not included in booking. Location made all bearable, but please take note!

The location was amazing with entrances from the top and bottom of the Spanish Steps and so close to the metro. The room was spacious and well appointed.
We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights. Apparently it is common in Europe to use the room key for this, but it was never mentioned and there was no one on site to ask. When I called to ask, the lady hung up on me. We had stayed in 4 other accommodations on this trip and never encountered this elsewhere.
