The lift. The room was spacious and clean. The basic breakfast was good enough. The private shower/toilet was worth it. Luggage hold nice. Great for a hostel.
The beds were on the firmer side, but ok.

There is elevator and they have free alcohol gifts
one women staff is a bit rude( but the other man staff is really friendly and kind…….) What happened was that first I came to hostel around 1500 , the man told me my room wasn’t ready yet so I couldn’t check in and go to my room, and then he asked for my passport and I paid for the city tax. After he didn’t give me any gate codes or room code, so I just left my luggage and came back at night.
As a result, I’m not sure if I have checked in( I mean I had given the staff the passport and paid the tax), but because he didn’t mention the world “check in”. So when I came back I told the woman staff that I would like to check in, and that I’ve been here in the evening but I’m not sure if I’ve checked in since I didn’t have the code. She looked through the computer and said lots of name but none of them is me, and she asked my name again then found out my name is on the checked in list.
Then she SCOLDED me for not telling her I’ve checked in and wasting her time to find my name^_^
Also before entering she nagged about calling the center instead of ringing the bell……. Speechless…..
