PAartamento em ótimas condições... para quem chega com malas (todo mundo) tem uma pequena ladeirinha para subir em rua de calçamento, o que é meio desajeitado para as malas de rodinhas inclusive. No entanto fora isso, tudo é ótimo, maquina de lavar/secar, lava louças, geladeira/freezer... a VISTA é ótima...
o chuveiro é chato, pois precisava ter uma pecinha extremamente simples para mantê-lo fixo na parede e direcionado para baixo, mas funciona muito bem, aquece muito bem, sem maiores ressalvas

Location is good, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
In the discription it said there is a balcony, but there isn't and a couple of things around the house need fixing, like the shower and the toilet seat.
