POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This classic Cape, in the desirable Dodgers Hole neighborhood of Edgartown, has recently been renovated with new kitchen, furniture, and paint.
The Island Retreat features an open Living and Dining Area layout, with fireplace and sliding doors that open to a large back deck.
The bright Kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, a center butcher block prep island, and large, arched-window. New granite counters have been added to the bathrooms as well. The Kitchen opens to a large Sun Room that is wrapped by three walls of windows with vaulted ceiling, v-groove paneling and beams, plus lounge seating and a large screen TV.
The Primary Bedroom suite is also on the first floor with its own private bath with shower. The other two Bedrooms are on the second floor and share a full bath with tub and shower. There is also TV/Family Room on the second floor with lounge seating, media center, and a Sonos wireless sound system.
The back deck opens to a large, fenced yard with nicely manicured grounds. There is an outdoor living area with sofa and chairs, plus a dining area with table and chairs for up to eight people. There is also a deluxe play structure with slide, swings, climbing wall, and two covered platforms.
There is also a second refrigerator available for tenant use if needed on the lower level.

This is a great property, close to Oak Bluff and the center of Edgartown without the crowds. The house is very comfortable, beautiful indoors and outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a pleasant stay.
