POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This Contemporary Beach House has just been stylishly renovated throughout with nice coastal touches. It also enjoys a convenient, central location in a quiet Edgartown neighborhood.
The first floor features a light-filled open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area. The room has vaulted ceiling and is framed by two walls of glass windows and a sliding door that opens out to a large deck with pergola. The Living Area anchors one end of the room with sectional seating, stone fireplace, and second-floor balcony overlook. Dining Area is at the other end of the room, where it sits in a sunny corner with the two walls of windows. It opens to new Gourmet Kitchen. It has stone counters, center prep island/breakfast bar, and stainless Bosch appliances, including an induction range.
The Primary Bedroom is also on the first floor. It has a deluxe en suite bath plus a sliding door to the back deck. An open stairway and landing with cable railings lead up to the second-floor where the other two Bedrooms share a full bath. There is also a Media Room with large screen TV and sectional seating on the lower level.
Outdoor entertaining centers around the large back deck with pergola. There is an outdoor dining table, grilling area, and sitting area outside the Primary Bedroom. The deck overlooks a large grassy backyard.
The house is located in the quiet, central Edgartown neighborhood of Westminster Acres. From its central location, downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven are all 10-minute drives away. The bike path is at the end of the road.

We had an awesome time staying at this beautiful property. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which was a very nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the downtown areas. It is a quick drive to the beaches and all of the surrounding towns, highly recommend!
