Bumpy start with the check-in process. The property is managed by Vacasa. The information Vacasa provided for check-in to access the property was incorrect. I suggest the host clarify this with Vacasa as there were a few details about the property that were different from what Vacasa reported, i.e., location of the lock boxes and the lock box codes and being informed that the property not having Wifi when it actually does. We called for assistance when we couldn't get in and someone arrived within a few minutes to let us in so problem was quickly solved.After check-in everything else was smooth sailing. Great location! It is a short walk to Oak Bluffs and very short drives to Tisbury (8-10 minutes) and Edgartown (12 minutes). Conveniently located to multiple beaches and walking trails.House was generously stocked with basic necessities to get you started for a couple of days which helps with a 4 pm check-in. However, early check-in was available for our stay.More than enough indoor and outdoor space for our group of 4 adults and would comfortably fit in a few more guests.Had a great time!

I stayed at the house with my 2 adult children and their spouses. The house was comfortable with outdoor space. We were disappointed that our weekend was so booked that we didn’t have an opportunity to use the fire pit. We loved the cottage feel and how it was a short scenic walk to Oak Bluffs. I would definitely stay there again.

This home was nicely located for walking into town or accessing beaches nearby. It was very clean with comfortable linens, and all the kitchen accessories you might want to cook up a favorite dish.

We absolutely loved this home. Plenty of space and great linens and towels provided. The front porch is absolute heaven and it was great to have an outdoor dining area too. Walking distance to the Oak Bluffs town area too.
