About this house rental

Private cottage with miles of natural preserve trails out the backyard. Located close to Sengekontacket Pond and Edgartown State Beach. Situated on a quiet dirt road to the house with 2 private decks. The bike trail can be accessed at the top of the road. Only a few miles away from Edgartown but secluded enough to feel like you have your own cottage in the woods. The modern amenities make your stay comfortable and it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Had a great time. Family vacation with 7 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. Plenty of room for everyone.Bikeable to downtown Edgartown but too far to walk. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have a washer/dryer so we could wash the towels mid-way thru the week. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that the bedrooms got hot (stayed in July).Glenn was very responsive and helpful. Really appreciated being able to stay there.

The home was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Loved being able to bring my dog Rosie. Loved the French doors in the master bedroom to the backyard - saw a wild turkey and bunnies! Also, very conveniently located to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Nice property, but no Air conditioning! So HOT! Later on owner imformed us of some very old dirty AC Units in basement, that we can install ourselves, but they didnt help much!The 1 ceiling fan was out of order too!Beware! Make sure you read the fine print! Who charges and doesnt provide AC in the SUMMER with 90 humid weather???
