Enjoy the ultimate Martha’s Vineyard getaway in this beautifully decorated, contemporary home—ideally located just 1 mile from iconic South Beach and 3 miles from historic downtown Edgartown. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious home features an open-concept second floor with soaring cathedral ceilings, a bright and airy dining area, fully equipped kitchen, large family room, and a separate TV room/den.
Step outside onto the expansive South-facing second floor deck, complete with dining furniture and cushioned lounge chairs—then head up the stairway to the spectacular rooftop Widow’s Walk, where you can unwind with sunset views or stargaze under Vineyard skies.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample counter space, a dishwasher, microwave, and all the essentials. The 2nd floor TV room/den includes a smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a privacy door, and doubles as an extra sleeping area with a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa.

The house everything we needed and then some! Lots of room for family to have their own privacy . Nice long dining table for evening games. Super quick walk to Katama Kitchen. Bikes that were available allowed us to bike everywhere including Chappy! We brought our own linens but the washer dryer were super helpful to have. When the beach was windy we spent time on the rooftop deck. So beautiful! I highly recommend staying here. Mike was so helpful and very accessible. Thank you!

This house is perfect for a week trip on the island. We stayed with our family and had plenty of room to spread out, relax and enjoy our time. Mike was a terrific host and gave us plenty of guidance both before and during the trip. We will definitely be coming back!

The property was in a beautiful location, perfectly positioned for easy access to the beach, Edgartown center, and for walking our dogs. We all loved the place and look forward to returning next year.
