Villa Nico

the property is brilliantly situated whether it’s the views of the sea or the train station at walking distance. also it was like being in a Home away from our Home, everything was taken care of and just needed to get our groceries to be settled in the villa . The villas Jacuzzi became our every night ritual to relax just before bed time! The restaurant La Rotonda was superb, some of the best Italian food and probably the best looking restaurant in Italy. Finally the Host Marco is the highlight as easily the most approachable person ever and always willing to help you get the best out of Sicilian surroundings!

there really isn’t much to improve as the stay was exceptional. few things that would just complete the villa 1. the doors could have mosquito nets to avoid their entry to the villa but still enjoy the warm weather and Sicilian winds! 2. the TV can have Smart upgrade with Amazon stick or Chrome so kids can enjoy YouTube etc 3. include some Board Games

The location was great for the beach and cafes, bars and restaurants whilst still being nice and quiet. The villa was fully furnished with everything you could possibly need, modern with great air conditioning and a beautiful garden with sun loungers and spaces for shade. With a double gated entrance it felt very secure and private. Marco was so helpful and kept in communication during the entire stay

Villa Nico was amazing. Our host Marco met us to give us the keys, he lives next door (though we didn’t notice) and was able to check in when we needed anything - like extra bin bags, mosquito coils etc. Incredible service, the spa is so much fun and the amenities are top quality and the outdoor shower was lush. Marco also shared with us great tips for eating and site-seeing (Rotonda restaurant a short walk away is great for pizza/Gelato). We had a car and came for a wedding in Casteldaccia and the Villa just had everything needed. On the wedding day our host even popped over with a bottle of Spumante for the family. Very secure clean and with great views of the ocean too. Thank you!

The Villa was perfect and had everything you would need. Everything was absolutly clean and the Location was just what we wanted. Marco was probobly the kindest Person you will find in Sicily and did everything he could to make our stay as comftable as possible. Organizing pick ups, renting our car and even renting a boat in less then 30 minutes he did it all. 12/10 if it where possible best vacation we had so far!!
