Villa Ficodindia

Peaceful quite and relaxing place. Elio and his wife were very welcoming friendly brought breakfast pastries round a few mornings which was very lovely. The outside space and pool was beautiful unfortunately we only got in the pool 3 days as we went early April, but still had some great weather. The local town was only about 8 minutes walk. House very clean and so many kitchen utensils plates pans ect. Perfect sunrise at 6 am from the living room and balcony. Miss the villa and people already.

Villa Ficodindia is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and the villa is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool area is super and the gardens are beautifully maintained with fruit trees and exotic plants. The host Elio is such a kind man. He made sure we had everything we needed and even brought over breakfast one day and dinner another day. The villa is located in a town about 30 mins from Palermo amd 40 mins from Cefalu. We had a lovely week amd will definitely book again if we return to this part of Sicily.

There is a sewerage works located nearby so depending on the direction of the wind, it did get rather smelly sometimes. Also, the price we paid seemed higher than the price we booked for but it was difficult to ascertain what the disparity was for.

It's a great house with a lot of room, a huge porch and a beautiful pool. Elio made us feel at home already at our arrival and surprised us with breakfast and local food. The WiFi was really good throughout the whole house and (including the garden). Altavilla Milicia is a very welcoming town with everything you need in walking distance. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it.

Where do we begin. Everything was just great. The house is very big, the outside kitchen is very convenient. All kitchen supplies work good. The best part of the house is the pool area. It is very beautiful, with a super large pool, beds and a nice veranda overlooking the sea. The location of the villa is a 10 minute walk to the nice little town. The host, Elio, deserves nothing but compliments. He was very welcoming, he made our stay extra special with local treats and delicious breakfasts. Thank you very much, we will recommend this villa to everyone!

For us the only thing that could have been better was the bed, it was a bit too hard.
