The property is in an ideal location for exploring Amsterdam on foot. There are plenty of places to eat and a supermarket right on the doorstep. It is located within the red light district but as a family with young children we were able to avoid this with no issues at all. It certainly wouldn’t put me off booking this apartment. The apartment had everything you could possibly need such as toiletries, plenty of towels, coffee machine, hair dryer. Mario, the proprietor, was extremely welcoming and provided lots of helpful advice. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and well resourced! The balcony is an added bonus!
It would be good if you could get to the balcony while others are asleep in the top bedroom.

Fantastic location in centre of Amsterdam . Clean and great , large facilities for an adult family of 5. Mario was extremely helpful and extremely considerate for all our needs whilst we were in Amsterdam.
Unfortunately as it’s in the centre it can get a bit noisy but Mario does try to ensure residents are respectful of other residents!

Love the host, very nice and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Not as loud as I thought, pretty quiet at night. Nice Nespresso. Nice balcony.
Restaurant smell thru the windows can be noticeable. For apt fitting 5 there is only 1 separate toilet. You can access the shower only thru on of the bedrooms. AC good but only in the common area.
