The location was great. Once we found Rembrandt Square we realized what a great location it is.
The room was pretty small and sparse for the cost. However it was clean and comfortable. The canal view was fun.

Beautiful building in a fantastic, central location. Very helpful, friendly and informative staff. Clean room with everything I needed. Minibar and snacks if needed. Lovely continental breakfast. Truly a perfect solo stay in the Dam
Honestly very little. The hotel was basic, but that was clearly advertised beforehand and I wasnt looking for luxury, just a clean place to sleep.

Clean hotel which is centrally located.
Rooms are small but probably not unusual in Amsterdam. No airconditioning just a fan so the rooms were a little stuffy in warmish weather. Ok if you opened the window but it is a little noisy in the streets below so not a practical solution if you are a light sleeper. Would be ok in cool weather I guess.

Lovely properly in a great location. Comfy bed!
Tiny room with a very strange plug in heater/ventilator. Presumably to control damp!! Very ugly and makes for a bad first impression.
