"The location of our house and the surrounding environment was wonderful , for example there is a little river near the park...We didn't regret for the distance that we had to make to get to Amsterdam...."

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. The accommodation was lovely, very clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed. There is a nice picnic table outside overlooking the canal, which was such a relaxing spot to sit at the end of the day. The full kitchen was a huge plus, with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything we needed to easily cook meals during our stay. The location was also fantastic for exploring Amsterdam. We rented a car because we wanted to explore the surrounding areas, but on days we went into Amsterdam, we simply parked at the nearby train station and took the train. It was only about a five-minute ride into Amsterdam and was incredibly easy and affordable. It gave us the best of both worlds — a quiet, peaceful place to stay while still having very easy access to the city. Highly recommend, especially for families or groups who want a little more space and the ability to cook their own meals.
Very little! It is a little snug for six people, particularly with the bathroom facilities, but it was still completely manageable for our group. One thing for travelers from the U.S. to be aware of is that towels and bed linens are an additional charge per person. This may be more common in Europe, but it was something we weren’t accustomed to, so it is just helpful to know when budgeting for your stay.

The parc was clean and well maintained. Restaurant on site was very nice, good food and good service. The accommodation was very clean, we had a good amount of space in the 4 bedroomed lodge and a very large garden. There was no aircon and only one fan was provided. They had no other fans to offer or free standing aircon units. When we arrived, one of the bedrooms was like a sauna! Luckily, the temperature outside started to cool while we were there otherwise that bedroom wouldn't have been unusable. We were using the trains and trams to get around the Netherlands, the walk from the train station is quite a hike when you're pulling all your luggage. We would recommend using uber for a taxi to do this initial walk. Walking back and forth to the train station daily wasn't really an issue but it did take around 20 minutes of fast walking. The local shops in Zwanenburg are a taxi ride away, there's an Albert Heijn or a Lidl supermarket- it is walkable but about a 40 minute walk- we had to do this with our shopping as uber wasn't able to find us a taxi for 5 people. If you have a car, this is a great parc to base yourself from. We enjoyed the farm animals onsite and there was a great parc for the kids. The pool is inside and a little small. There is a kiosk to get loaded fries available on the park. All in all, we had a good stay, just some little adjustments needed to make our stay better is needed for future visitors.
We didn't like the fact that we had to pay a considerable amount more for towels and linen. Only 2 toilet rolls were left at the property, for the price of the accommodation, I could expect 2 toilet rolls per toilet minimum. Salt, pepper, oil, oven gloves and a kitchen towel should be provided. Be aware that the restaurant closes at 9pm, so last orders would be 8pm. You'll need to take food with you to the site if you're arriving late. Restaurant or the kiosk need to be open longer. The items in the very very small onsite shop were astronomically expensive. The self service shop needs to be open longer than the reception for people arriving late.

The interror and feel and overall space was great. Metro distance is nice Good options in general all around
Lots of ants, extremely soft beds, which is very uncomfortable with no support to the body. No additianl trash bins for sorting just one. Very dusty beds, lamps and the drawers in the bathroom smelled weird and were veery damaged. Water fluctuated a lot in heat when showering like every minute or so
