Johan had left plenty of options in our fridge and cabinet for breakfast and a plentiful supply for our stay. We had use of the whole upstairs apartment including a lovely rooftop terrace. It was great being out of Amsterdam Central where it was very peaceful and quiet and yet only a few minutes walk away was the Tram direct into the City which took about 25 mins but a very nice ride. A handy supermarket and other shops about a 5 min walk. So easy, just click on and off with credit card. Only 15 mins by Taxi to airport when we left.
The staircase to the apartment is very narrow but did not affect us. Only a problem if you had mobility issues.

Spacious and welcoming apartment with a nice terrace and lovely views on the garden and river at the back. The host was very good with communication.
It wasn't very clear where to put the recycling but really, there was nothing negative about the place.

The property was a good size and had a lovely view of a canal and a nice roof terrace. The provided snacks and breakfast bits went down well and the coffee making facilities were excellent.
The beds were not super comfortable and the property was in a suburban area

Nice to have breakfast provided, left in the flat to eat when convenient. Nice selection of meat, cheese, bread and fruit. Also replenished when we ran out. Good to have lots of space to relax, enjoyed the roof terrace. Easy to get a tram into the centre and good location to escape the hustle of the centre. Lots of really thoughtful touches like providing toothbrush and razor.
Couldn’t use the bath but the shower was excellent.
