Comfortable place to stay and relax

Location is excellent, it's short walk to all places worth to see in Sopot. Short walk from train station as well. All shops, restaurants were nearby. Apartment was clean, very spacious and warm. Big TV in sitting room, another one in bedroom and one more next to hot tub and sauna. Kitchen has some essentials if you want to make a meal. Few sachets with instant coffee, creamer, black tea and sugar available. Bed in bedroom very comfortable, as well as sofas in sitting room. Big wardrobes in hallway and bedroom comes handy. Hot tub and sauna located in lower level were an add on to our relaxing stay. Staff friendly and very, very helpful.

Sauna was a little bit of disappointment, it's small, has very narrow and short bench to sit on, so staying in wasn't comfortable at all and we weren't using it as much as planned. Hot tub next to the only TV with Netflix, so need to be watched from the bath or sauna only. However if you have bubbly bath, you cannot hear TV. I'd rather make Netflix work in sitting room to be used. On the other hand TV on sitting room has all the movies blocked so very limited choice if you're looking for an entertainment in the evening. Glass in sauna dirty, hot tub could be cleaned better as well.

Slightly overpriced, Fun theme apartment that needs abit of upgrading.

Comfortable bed. Spacious. Good location.

It was run down, needs fixing. Hot tub was dirty ,things were floating in it. Vanity mirrors light did not work. Showerhead need to be replaced. Visible water damage on baseboards and paint on walls .

Truly an amazing experience! Must have for couples!

We really enjoyed ourselves, especially in the jacuzzi and the sauna. The queen sized bed was really comfortable and the whole apartment was quite spacious, especially for just the two of us. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the city! The staff was easygoing and pleasant to talk to with every interaction.

I believe that the guests before us put flowers/petals in the jacuzzi which resulted in small pieces of flower petals occasionally joining us in the jacuzzi. We do understand that it's not the fault of our hosts, but it's more of a reminder to others what NOT to do. Cleaning such appliances is a chore and a half and I doubt that anyone would like to bear someone else's consequences later.

In the centre of everything.

Perfect location, close to the Pier and to the train station, and all the cool stuff in Sopot. Nice, big jacuzzi.

I contacted the host some time before my arrival with question about check-in time, I didn't receive an answer until the day of my arrival and the checkout time was... 16:00, which was a bit shocking and required finding a place to wait. The bed was just ok.

Relaxing evening in the hot tub

The hot tub is awesome! It's quite spacious and has solid functionality including an in-built radio speaker - perfect for a romantic, relaxing evening. It's also great that the TV is close to the tub and can be re-positioned for perfect line-of-sight, plus it has Netflix with an apartment account you can use.

The bed mattress is way too soft - really bad for the back/spine and quite uncomfortable. We were sinking into the bed, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep on it. It's a shame because other than that, everything was great... if not for that mattress, it would've been a 10/10.

Bed..gorgeous. slept like a princess. Coffee maker + coffee (dolce gusto)

Late check in possibility (4pm). Hot like hell as the cooling system(table version) was not powerfull enough to cool the apartment

Świetny apartament z jaccuzi na weekendowy wypad we dwoje

Apartament Kapitański spełnił w pełni nasze oczekiwania. Super lokalizacja, 200 m od Monciaka i 300 m od Dworca PKP. Lokal duży, przestronny, komfortowy i urządzony z gustem. W apartamencie są wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, płyn do kąpieli, czysta i świeża pościel i ręczniki. Największe wrażenie robi pokój relaksu z sauną i jaccuzi. Super sprawa wziąść kąpiel w bąbelkach, popijając szampana, oglądając ulubiony serial na Netflixie. Idealne miejsce na weekendowy wypad we dwoje. Polecam

Ogólnie czystość była w porządku,jedynie przez wilgoć w łazience jest problem z grzybem, który jest na ścianach, oknie czy słuchawce prysznicowej. Podobnie jest przy podłóżnej dyszy jaccuzi. Ogólnie lokal wymaga odświeżenia, bo widać już zużycie sprzętów w łazience i kuchni. Mało fajny jest też system wirtualnej recepcji, zasypujący mailami z kodami, instrukcjami i regulaminami. Za dużo tego i mało czytelne. Ciszę zakłóca bliskość lini kolejowej oraz cienkie stropy, przez które słychać kroki sąsiadów z góry. Jednak wady są małe i do przeżycia.

Po prostu znakomity

To już nasz drugi pobyt w Apartamentach Sopot SPA. Podobnie jak za pierwszym razem jesteśmy zachwyceni miejscem, lokalizacją i komunikacją z wynajmującymi. Wynajem tych apartamentów to tak naprawdę posiadanie na tę chwilę własnego prywatnego SPA w Sopocie z dostępem do wszystkich jego atrakcji. Wydaje mi się że nic już nie trzeba dodawać.

zacznę od tego, że w mieszkaniu było brudno, na tyle lat jeżdzenia z bookingiem nie spotkałem się z takim nieprofesjonalizmem. dalej odniosę się do "strefy spa", która przyciąga ludzi zdjęciem (rozumiem, że to taka technika marketingowa): sauna fajnie, że jest, jednak jest malutka, nigdy nie widziałem tak małej. w środku bardzo brudno, na szybach ślady brudu niewiadomego pochodzenia, na lampach duży kurz, który zaczyna formowac się już w kupki. wanna z hydromasażem: w jednej instrukcji napisano, że zapełnienie trwa 40 minut, w drugiej, że może trwać 50, wobec słabszego ciśnienia wody w szczycie sezonu. realnie wanna napełniała się ponad półtorej godziny! po upływie niemałego czasu, kiedy myślisz, że będziesz mógł się teraz wyłożyć i poleżeć w bąbelkach, po uruchomieniu dysz piwnicę zalał niemiłosierny smród, porównałbym go z osikanym bezdomnym. uważam, że ten obiekt to tourist trap i nie poleciłbym go nikomu, zwłaszcza za tak horrendalną cenę.

Mieszkanie czyste, wanna z hydromasażem sprawna i przyjemna. Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania, dobra lokalizacja i jasne wskazówki dotarcia do obiektu.

Brak ekspresu do kawy. Uszkodzenia w mieszkaniu, które obniżały jego estetykę tj. Zapadnięty grzejnik, przypalona kanapa i pęknięty blat obok zlewu w łazience.

Die zentrale Lage zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof und der Whirlpool.

Die Beleuchtung vor der Haustür. Es roch in der ganzen Wohnung nach Schimmel.Das Sofa hat Brandlöcher, war total umbequem, abgenutzt und nicht sauber.Sieht nur gut auf Fotos aus.Das Wasser in der Dusche lief sehr schlecht ab und überall an den Dichtungen befanden sich Stockflecken.Angebrochene Tütensuppen im Schrank.Kein Toaster.Wände alle im Plastiklook.Eine Nacht kann man dort überleben und sollte dann weiter ziehen.

Jest jedna rzecz, która jest nieakceptowalna. Materac w łóżku jest tak brudny, poplamiony, zasyfiony, można domyśleć się czym…. Że aż człowiekowi się chce wymiotować. Jak to zobaczyłem to niedobrze mi się zrobiło. 750 zł za dobę trwającą 19h i coś takiego, to jest dramat. Jak chcecie spać na uwalonym materacu po wydzielinach innych ludzi to polecam. Jak w takim miejscu materac nie ma nakładki wodoodpornej, nadającej się do prania po każdym gościu ?? Jedziesz z żoną żeby się zrelaksować, płacisz spore pieniądze a dostajesz łóżko z materacem jak po bezdomnym. Nie do pomyślenia !!!

To był cudownie spędzony czas. Poza drobnymi niedociągnięciami jestem bardzo zadowolona.

- przydałoby się więcej światła, rozumiem pomysł na klimat buduarowy, ale opcja z możliwością doświetlenia np. toalety dałabym mi większy komfort (nie sposób dojrzeć czy jest tam posprzątane czy nie), oświetlenie przy lustrze w łazience nie działało, - apartament położony jest na parterze i z racji wilgotności klimatyzacja ma zakaz wyłączania, co powoduje nieustanny szum również w nocy, - apartament wymaga już odświeżenia, tapety odklejają się, przydałby się niewielki malarski remont
