in spite of the fact that there's no elevator I would rate it a least 9.6
perfect location in Sopot. very neat and clean. the apartment is brand new and well equipped.
the lack of an elevator is not easy. especially with the luggage. it's a little bit small for family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

The location is nice - you can get in 5 minutes to the train station as well as the promenade. The house is beautiful and you see a park from the window. The apartment itself actually looks better than on the pictures, very spacious, modern and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, washing machine is there so you basically have everything also for a long-term stay. Overall a really good place to stay, would gladly book it again!

If I have to, it would be the stairs to go right up 4 floors. But was not a big problem for me

Lokalizacja, mega czysto i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanko.
Byliśmy w momencie kiedy było bardzo gorąco w Sopocie i przydałby się chociaż wentylator, wiatrak, aby ruszyć powietrze.

bardzo dobre miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt w Sopocie
Apartament jest bardzo ładny, czysty i wygodny. Dla rodziny ze starszym dzieckiem bardzo polecam - dla dziecka jest wygodna kanapa do spania (a nie byle jaka sofa). Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona - wszystko co mogłoby być nam potrzebne było. Lokalizacja świetna - blisko plaża i Monciak, blisko stacja PKP (jechaliśmy do Gdańska pociągiem, można też pojechać na Hel), blisko restauracje, piekarnie i Żabka. Okolica budynku super zadbana i bezpieczna. Miejsce do zaparkowania jest, choć ceny miejskiego parkingu w Sopocie są dość wysokie.
Jedyny mały minus to fakt, że ostatniego dnia trzeba opuścić apartament do 9:30. Na urlopie pobudka o 8 była wyzwaniem.
