Millstone Cottages

The host was very helpful, the house was clean and perfect for what we needed for the days we were in the area.

This was our third time returning to Millstone cottages. We celebrated our Grandmother's 80th, after bringing her here a decade ago to celebrate her 70th. The fire was lit for her arrival. The hot tub was ready to go. A wholesome getaway. With a Lidl only 5 minutes away, it's the perfect location. You can enjoy all the peace and quiet of the countryside while still being close to the town. The kids loved the zipline. Dolores was always a message away and very helpful and informative. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of channels and movies to choose on the tv.

The one thing we would recommend and missed a little, was having a sweeping brush and maybe a recycling bin in the utility room would be handy. One with 3 compartments, so you don't need to nip outside to the bins everyone.

Very high standard and maintained. Everything and more you would need for self catering.

There is nothing to dislike!

Excellent location and beautiful cottage, the hot tub was such a bonus and Deloris was an amazing host. So helpful and gave lots of recommendations to local restaurants and sites to visit.
