Sandy Hills Cottages are 2 homes side by side which can be rented out together or separately. These cottages have uninterrupted views over Tramore Beach and an unrivalled panoramic view across Sheephaven Bay. Tramore Beach is just a few minutes stroll away and they also overlook the Rosapenna Golf Resort which has Sandy Hills, Old Tom Morris and the new St Patricks golf course just outside your front door, a golfing mecca.
Sandy Hills Cottages have an enclosed front decking space providing a safe space for children to play right outside the house, or indeed for drinking in the stunning unspoilt landscape over a leisurely coffee or evening drink.
With the village of Downings just a 10 minute walk away across the beach or by footpath and Carrigart 2km away, the cottages are ideally located for availing of leisure pursuits, bars and restaurants. The opportunities for site seeing and outdoor pursuits are endless from here, whether its a leisurely beach walk, a drive around the stunning Atlantic Drive, a hike across Melmore Head, fun sliding down the sand dunes of Murder Hole Beach or surfing on the blue flag Downings Beach.

Short trip for my son and I to play golf at Rosapenna. The cottage is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Would recommend to both golfers and beach goers
