The hotel has many inconveniences and complications. The staff were very rude and unhelpful . The elevator isn’t working and they gave me a room in the third level when I have 2 big bags. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. We asked for some and the staff said we can use the shampoo in the shower as soap, so they didn’t give me soap!!

I liked nothing this time.

In this experience I didn't like anything. The parking lot is out side the hotel, they don't have reserved space for guests at it. You have to walk 60 meters away from the hotel to get to the parking lot and you leave all your stuff to the will of the guy there.

very, very, very noisy. The sector... No isolation at all, room so small and dark, lighting was impotent. At 4h in the morning, construction above our head began banging.....no excuse from them...

No servia el elevador, se equivocaron de controles que nos dieron, el Clima fallaba. El conserje del Estacionamiento no nos dejaba salir por la Puerta que se usa para salir y no había letrero ni nada

Tiene una ubicación excelente, y me agrada que incluyan el desayuno. El WiFi estuvo bien. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento.

El control del clima no funcionaba bien, no habia televisión por cable y fallaba la luz del baño

No tienen estacionamiento suficiente

La vista del restaurante

No tenían estacionamiento suficiente y tuvimos que dejar nuestro carro en una pensión donde no caminamos mucho con las maletas pero estaba lloviznando y tuvimos que ir a recogerla a las 6am para no pagar otras 24 hrs. Ademas estaban reparando las calles y eso impedia caminar todo estaba con tierra y acordonado fuimos toreando los coches y levantando maletas para no caminar en la tierra y dar vuelta al hotel pues no habia paso para la entrada principal. Reservamos y pagamos 2 habitaciones una con cama grande y nos dieron 2 sencillas porque según ya no tenían disponible

La actitud del servicio es algo pésimo, las recepcionistas de mala gana con el aspecto de preguntar por teléfono no te explican bien, aún que rentes habitaciones de 4 personas solo te dan de cortesía dos personas en desayunos.

Esta bien ubicado y es un edificio con bastantes habitaciones

Esta en mantenimiento, pero se ven partes que definitivamente son viejas y no están muy cuidadas las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y cuando llegué había basura a un lado de la cama lo que me da impresión de que no se limpió adecuadamente. Marqué a recepción para requerir el apoyo por la televisión me indicaron que acudían y nunca se acercó nadie ni me volvieron a preguntar cuál era el problema o si se solucionó

La ubicación y la limpieza

El personal no es tan atento ni amable, los controles no servían, el teléfono no servía, cualquier cosa que necesitaba no respondían en el lobby a pesar de hablar por el celular, el teléfono del hotel no funcionaba, al ingresar cuando reservé por booking no reconocieron la reservación y al darnos las llaves ni las indicaciones dieron del cuarto, tuvimos que buscarlo, aunque no fue difícil encontrarlo, tampoco nos ofrecieron la clave del wifi

Ruido por reparaciones. Golpean mucho todo el tiempo. Deberían de hacerlo en temporada de menos visitantes en su hotel. No hay donde guardar objetos. E incómodo para colgar ropa.
