pokoj byl jistě obyvan kuřaky-Je to velka škoda,kazí to skvěly dojem.Doporučil bych osvečeny sprej anti tabak.Prodavaji větnamci.

nepáčilo sa mi, že dvere k zadnému vchodu nešli otvoriť cez našu kartu do izby, nakoľko hotel Panorama nevedel urobiť vstup na náš apartmán cez zadný vchod. Je to škoda. Zadný vchod je tam, kde parkujete svoje autá, keď ste ubytovaní v tomto apartmáne, takže to trochu nedávalo zmysel, že sa tadiaľ nedá dostať do izby.

The room was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

While the owner of the apartment was incredibly kind and helpful, our experience with the hotel staff was quite disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was dismissive, treating us like second-class guests simply because we were renting an apartment. Furthermore, the room was poorly maintained. The fridge was malfunctioning and wet inside, the shower head was defective, and there were no towels upon our arrival (an issue that was only resolved after the owner personally intervened). To make matters worse, we were unexpectedly overcharged for parking (€11 instead of the advertised €8) under the excuse of a 'recent price increase.' Overall, the unprofessional attitude of the staff and the lack of proper room maintenance significantly negatively impacted our stay.
