There was no washing machine that are clearly visible on the pictures of the listing. The doors have no door handle from the outside, so we have managed to close the key inside leaving it in the lock. A spare key did not help as the locks are not dual-sided so we had to call a locksmith to open the door.

Все замечательно, лишь небольшая просьба: оставлять для заселяющихся туристов хотя бы немного капсул для стирки одежды, так как ближайший супермаркет находится достаточно далеко

The kitchen is well equipped. Water pressure and temperature in the shower is very good. The location is quiet. Wifi worked well.

I booked the accommodation for a family of three, but when we arrived, only the large bed had been made up for 2. We found some additional bedding tucked away (hopefully clean) and made the sofa bed ourselves. (This shows a disadvantage of these automated and impersonal apartment rentouts: you never meet a live person. You may have a phone number to call if you have any issues but you never know if they pick up or when they show up.) Unfortunately, the sofa bed was also quite poor quality. It was prone to misaligning and dislodging during the night. The apartment was advertised for 3 people, but it lacked chairs for 3 both in the kitchen and on the balcony. We had to get our own chair from the car to be able to sit down. Some of the pans were not clean; they had a layer of grease on them, so we had to wash them ourselves before using them. The shower lacked a soap or shampoo holder. The ventilation in the house is probably interconnected, as we smelled strong food odours from other units several times during our stay. One evening, we came back to a foul smell of baked onions that had spread through the whole apartment. In general, the room was OK, but it didn't seem particularly good value for the price we paid. The rating is currently way too high - I'd give it a lower score if not for my son having a good time in the Tatras.
