Die Wohnung ist top, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden. 2 Balkone, bequemes Sofa, bequeme Betten und viel Stauraum im Kleiderschrank. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 12 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Zugang zur Wohnung (Hausflur) ist sehr unschön, hat aber mit der Wohnung nichts zu tun. Es gab zwar für jeden ein Badetuch, aber nur 1 Handtuch, dass alle gemeinsam benutzen mussten. Mülleimer im Bad gab es nicht, und ganz wichtig: In der Beschreibung der Wohnung steht, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer gibt. Es gibt jedoch nur 1 Schlafzimmer. Darin steht ein großes Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett.

Minden tetszett. Ennél jobb ár értékű apartman szerintem nincs a környéken. Két erkély, szenzációs panoráma, jó beosztású, praktikus lakás.
Egyetlen dolgon lehetne javítani, a világítás jó, sőt nagyon jó, de kellene késő estére egy tompított verzió. Akár a jelenlegi rendszer dimmelése, akár egy álló vagy asztali lámpa, de jó lenne, ha lefekvéshez készülődve már nem égetné ki a szemünket a fény. De amúgy ez nem leértékelés, ez az apartman magasan a legpraktikusabb, mint bármelyik, amiben eddig laktam, pedig volt jó sok.
