We liked everything. The convenient location close to Conwy, the peace and quiet, the sweeping views over Snowdonia, the warm welcome, the tasteful decoration, the large and comfortable room - everything was as you wanted it to be
Our only regret is that dinner at the local pubs was poor - no reflection, of course, on the B&B

Coed Mawr Hall sits at the top of a long drive way, a stunning stately house in a breathtaking location, inside is a revelation, a mix of traditional and contemporary arts and furnishings with beautiful attention to detail with all rooms being unique with wonderful views.
The owners Andrew and Beth serve tea and coffee with homemade cake as soon as you arrive, the breakfast is amazing, top quality Welsh butcher meat cooked to perfection and any special requirements catered for

The breakfast was one of the best I have had when staying in a B&B.
There was plenty of choice and more if you asked.

We liked the hostess, Beth, who was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the whole Hall is beautifully appointed and in a delightful rural setting with lovely views. The breakfasts were perfect (generous smoked salmon and scrambled egg for me) and it is an easy walk across fields to the local pub which was very busy with locals but still welcoming to us tourists. They seem to have recently increased their menu choices as I had a delicious, generous and reasonably-priced chicken caesar salad.
We had difficulty finding the Hall due to an unexpected road closure and one morning we had no hot water but the problem was fixed the same day. Excellent response from the hosts.
