Location good, beds comfortable, linen, towels and furnishings fine, clean enough to be comfortable.

Cutlery drawer in 11 is well hidden under kitchen hob in grey drawer within large drawer - strange. TV remotes need a bit getting used to. Would be handy to have a toilet on top floor rather than negotiating steep stairs middle of night. But all minor things. Is half the house ie one side but apart from hearing someone go up stairs didnt hear anything else from 11a.

Is a spacious well equipped house which is accessible to everything and hss character. It needed attention however In that back door did not open and some of windows. Radiator in one of bedroomsxdid not work.

The property was very dirty. None of the carpets had been hoovered even though there was a working hoover in the property. There is a large dark stain on the living room floor which could have probably easily been cleaned with a carpet cleaner. All the baking trays etc were dirty from previous use. The toilet was disgusting and we had to clean it ourselves. Only 2 of the windows were able to open and the backdoor was very difficult to open. There were no bin bags for use which you would have expected to be there. There is a large crack in the bathroom window and most of the windows are only single glazed.
