Great base for walks around the town. Loved the views out the back of the property straight on to the river. Heating was good and responsive to make the place cosy in winter.
Arrived in dark/rain and found the parking a little tight avoiding posts etc, ok in daylight though. Unsure of where the external bins were.

Little gem of a place, excellent location, 10min walk into Whitby, lovely outlook, clean and comfortable.
Having a dedicated parking spot was a bonus. Booked to return in June when we will be able to take advantage of the patio and watch the activity on the estuary. Highly recommended.
Nothing to dislike really, not too many channels on the TV but it's not a problem.
