Location, view, layout and furnishings, TV and kitchen facilities, good bathroom and a wood fire if we wanted it. Didn't need any heating for our stay but the newspaper was useful for drying our boots
I think the oven element needs replacing. The grill was OK. Also the bathroom fan makes a noise. Otherwise all good
