Spotlessly clean well equipped.
Lovely location.
Only one downside for us.
Steep staircase to access garden. Not ideal if you want open access . Especially with a dog or if negotiating stairs difficult.
Also you need to go in car to shops as Porthmadog too far to walk for us anyway.

location, view of bay, kitchen, washing machine, dishes & large teapot. Upstairs large bathroom was really nice.
Would have enjoyed a longer stay for coast walk around the road we finally figured out, & nice once we had heat. liked that you could place suitcases downstairs, bringing a few things upstairs.
No tea, only 4 paper towels, I cleaned dirty ice cube tray for new ice, small beds. All directions were given to property, but difficult to figure out, had to call. Could not find thermostat until I read checkout instructions then finally found thermostat location, heat final morning—Should have more info in the room itself, had to call to find washing machine. Sorted thru emails, and then separate website to find all instructions, brought 10 printed pages from home & still missed thermostat location, thought heat was just off. Took 15 min to lock downstairs door as it was catching. Did not like having to collect trash from all rooms, up & down stairs, bag below, relock door & strip beds, took 1/2 hour for extra tasks. Seems like that would be housekeeping? Wooden Floors had dust showing thru floor boards that could have been vacuumed, I covered with a rug.

The house is situated in a lovely little town just a short walk to the main Porthmadog town. The house was so well equipped and comfortable it felt like a home from home. There is so much to see and do around the area, we had a wonderful New Years.

The location is perfect - on the seafront, stunning view across the water. Front door off the street (with no issues parking on the street). Back door, down a level, leads almost directly onto the waterfront. Beautifully furnished apartment. Fantastic main bathroom with huge shower and bath. Nice en suite off the master bedroom, plus downstairs loo. Lovely kitchen. Very easy check in process. Around the corner is the Sea View Bistro which does brilliant breakfasts. I will definitely come back here!
A tiny complaint - for me, the master bed was a little too soft. For others, it might be fine.
