I liked everything from the welcome to the facilities provided.
It is definitely on our list for a repeat visit
a minor quibble would be the absence of a hot breakfast alternative

Mike provided a lovely breakfast and was great host to give us suggestions for dinner and the following days suggested stops.
Visited the local pub after dinner and met very nice owner, manager and family members. Had a great time.
Not much available for dinner option in the immediate area. Mike suggested a restaurant not far and we had a nice meal.
Suggestion for better direction to entrance.

Delighted to have found the Coachhouse. It is a beautiful property and very well-maintained. Michael is a great host and provided us with recommendations for food in the area. A lovely selection was provided to choose from for the continental breakfast which was delivered directly to the room. Fresh pastries, granola, fruit and plenty of coffee.

Absolutely loved the style! A converted coach house which has been renovated and divided up into rooms, which were perfect. A fantastic renovation! Everything was clean and tidy and each room has its own en suite and little deck. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the time slot you choose on the breakfast tick sheet which you fill in the night before. We all loved our breakfast and there is a little table and chairs especially for the job.
The coach house is set in a lovely little village and was so quiet and tranquil, would have needed another night or two! There is a lovely garden area with an old, friendly doggy who likes you to say hello and throw a toy a couple of times!
We went to Moran's bar for coffee and dessert after a walk out of the village.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted to stay in the Sligo area.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast was amazing. It was brought to our room by Michael our accommodation host. He is a gentleman and could not have been more helpful. Juno the dog was a very lovely family pet who was just so lovable. I can highly recommend staying in The Coach House and will definitely return again.
No television which wasn’t really a deal breaker although I’m just in the habit of watching news every morning. There was also no shelf in the shower to put toiletries. The shower itself was amazing and loads of hot water and very powerful.

Breakfasts were exceptional. Quality was superb.
Michael - the host, manager, owner was amazing.
Constantly attentive. Ensuring every need was met right down to greeting us on our return on a very hot afternoon with a carafe of ice cold water.
Michaels a mine of information about all the tourist spots, locations to visit, restaurants etc! Awesome!
The location suited us ideally for walks and visits to Sligo, Glencar & Benbulben plus Drumcliffe
We highly recommend The Coach House & Morgan’s Pub opposite for an evening meal at weekends.
Reluctant though we are to say this - a grab rail in the bath would aid those of us born earlier to safely access the shower which was over the bath.

Fantastic host. So friendly & kind. Even dropped us off to a restaurant & picked us up. Breakfast delivered to our room. Friendly dog who liked lots of pats.
Might be a little out of the way for some people but we had a car so not an issue. So much nicer in this little village setting.

This property is such a fun experience. Moreover, Michael, the owner might be the friendlies people I've ever met. The worst part of our trip was that we only spent one night. Next time, we'll stay longer.

The Coachhouse was beautiful, set in lovely gardens and the rooms were immaculate, with original stone walls and real character. The rooms are in the old stables which have been beautifully restored. Breakfast was amazing and we took it outside in the courtyard. Michael was most helpful and accommodating as we were going to a wedding and needed to drop our stuff off early before check in time. I was just sorry I wasn’t staying longer!
Nothing. It was fabulous!

We loved everything, the welcome from Michael the host & his dog Juno, the beautifully prepared breakfasts, the comfort, the privacy, the peaceful location that is so convenient to the town & the tourist attractions, the lovely local pub ‘Morans’ across the road where Hugh & Mrs Moran give a warm welcome. Absolutely nothing to fault. A really memorable break.
