Lovely old house in huge gardens with a path to a secluded beach - wonderful. George and Christa were the perfect hosts, from the welcoming cup of tea in the lounge to the fantastic buffet breakfast that was endlessly topped up!. We particularly enjoyed sharing a walk to the orchard with George to take the daily readings from his weather station and hearing how the results are used by the Met Office.

Spacious room in period house with garden view. Path to beautiful quiet beach.
Nothing to do with property but is quite isolated so 15 - 25 minute drive to nearest restaurants for evenibg meal

The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. It was spacious, quiet and had very good access to the beach at Drumcliff Bay.
There were a few small, thin caterpillars on the walls each time I looked. I was in a converted barn, which may provide an explanation.
