    If you are not in the first or second phase of youth, the Paisley Pear is an ideal rest stop, if like us you're doing a long North to South journey. The staff were friendly and helpful. They didn't hesitate in changing our room when we realised it was on the first room and there was no lift. The menu for our evening meal was amazingly varied and the chicken, ham hock and leek pie was delicious. The pillows were of the best quality and really contributed to our good nights sleep. The full English breakfast set us up for the next leg of our journey.

    Very clean, modern rooms. Aircon very much appreciated in the warm weather. Location great, right next to the A43, however heard no noise from the road. Good to have a lovely pub next door and also Sainsburys supermarket a few minutes walk away.

    Clean and quiet, breakfast was good but could be a touch better, would not hold me back from staying there again. My only complaint was no Uber's operating in that area and the staff called me a taxi to go 3.4miles down the rd told cash only and charged £20, must've been Dick Turpin Taxis....
