Needed fans with the 30degree heat.

Breakfast was fine, just the space and facilities seemed a little cramped when more than one couple was there. Rooms were nicely presented. Hostess very pleasant indeed.
Sound travelled very easily through walls and ceilings, there was quite a bit of machine noise outside, and I hadn't been expecting to share a bathroom including a single toilet with others. I've never stayed in a hotel room in the UK without its own toilet or washbasin. This was quite embarrassing in the morning! I obviously didn't notice this in my haste to book.
